Alice Steele Bradford

Alice Steele Bradford age 89 of Dahlonega, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Grayson. Alice went to business school at The University of Georgia and was a bookkeeper for H & R Block for 20 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved reading and the Braves.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Milton and Eleanor Bell Steele; her husband Irvin Bradford and a son, Michael Bradford. She is survived by a son, Mark (Kathy) Bradford of Auburn; two daughters: Teresa Teal and Barbara Bradford of Winder; four grandchildren: Jason (Angela) Teal, Andrew Teal, Matthew Bradford, and Christopher Bradford; and two great-grandchildren: Ryan Teal and Anna Teal.

A celebration of Alice’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Smith Memory Chapel in Winder, GA. Officiating will be Rev. Ted Dunagan and Rev. Jeff Pruitt.
