Amy Lou Barnes, age 31, of Statham passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Amy played the clarinet for Winder Barrow High School and always had a love for music. She was of the Christian faith. Survivors include son, Jacob Benjamin Dove of Statham; parents, Johnny and Rosa Pruett Barnes of Statham, brother, Robert Shane (Amy) of Carlton and sister, Jennifer Oates (Kenneth) of Bethlehem. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends from 1 – 4pm Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Smith Funeral Home in Winder, GA. A memorial service will follow at 4:00pm in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home.
