In addition to his parents, Blaze is survived by his five older brothers: Mason, Caleb, Seth, Dallas, and Kaden; his granddad, Steve Mastaw; uncles and aunts: Brandon and Ashley Peppers, Stephanie and Lea Peppers, Jessica and Shawn Murdock; his special AUNT, Jennifer Everett and her daughter, Cori Rae; and niece, Everlynn Peppers.
Blaze was predeceased by his grandparents, Sammy and Deborah Peppers and Lorraine Mastaw; and his uncle, Barry Peppers.
