Delberta Kay Crowe

2025 surrounded by her immediate family and loved ones. She left her earthly body listening to

“Free Bird” with the sun shining on her face.

Berta was born July 24, 1965 to Ed (Clarence) and Emily (Toothman) DeHoney. She was the

youngest of 6 children, and was loved by all. Berta lived her life with tenacity and positivity, and

was a beacon of light for many. She enjoyed being outdoors, soaking up the sunshine in her

convertible, and marveling at every sunset. She loved good music and spending her free-time

with her granddaughter Adelae. Berta knew what was important in life, and will be missed by all.

She is survived by her husband and best friend Perry Crowe, her daughter Katy (Andy), her son

Kirk, granddaughter Adelae, sister Prudence (Bob Reynolds), brother Chris, and several

extended family members.

Berta’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 26, 2025 at The Winder Woman’s Club

from 12-2pm in Winder, GA.
