He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Thomas Sr. and Bernice Snell; and one brother, Joseph Snell, Jr. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Marie Snell, of Loganville; Son, Andrew Snell of Florida; Daughters, Sandi Barber of Canton, Georgia, Amy Thrower of Bethlehem, Georgia, and Julie Williams of Loganville, Georgia; and sisters, Mary (Claude) Bates of Monroe, Georgia, and Doris (Tom) Roberts of Snellville, Georgia.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 11:00 AM from the Smith Memory Chapel. The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery in Monroe, Georgia.
