Joyce Ewing

Joyce B. Ewing, age 74 of Dacula, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017. She was a member of Bold Springs United Methodist Church and The Yancey Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her parents, B.C. and Nellie Grace Orr Bagby; a son, Shannon Ewing; a brother, Ivan Bagby; a sister, Iris King and a grandson, Hank Ewing. Joyce is survived by her husband, Henry Ewing of Dacula; two sons, Trent Burnsed of Monroe and Pettit Ewing (Marty) of Petal, MS; two sisters, Joan Nichols (Doug) and Jane Matthews (Ronnie) both of Lawrenceville; a sister-in-law, Harriet Bagby; a brother-in-law, Ed King; five grandchildren, Danielle, Lindsey, Kaylee, Bailey and Stephen and several great-grandchildren also survive. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Bold Springs United Methodist Church with Pastor Park officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until service time at the church. Donations may be made to Bold Springs United Methodist Church Advantage Point Learning School in Joyce’s memory.
