Mrs. Mary Ellen Court, age 90, of Flowery Branch, GA passed away December 7, 2011. She was born in Rockport, TX. She was a member of the Helping Hands Club & Hoschton Rebekah Lodge #98. She is preceded in death by her parents: Jim and Nancy Nelson Sparks, husband: Roy Court, Jr, sons: James L. & Royce Court, daughter: Pamela Stovall. Mrs. Court is survived by daughters: Nancy Stovall, Flowery Branch, GA & Cyndy Tuthill of Sebring, FL; sister Molly Harwick of Rockport, TX; 12 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 to 9 pm at Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, December 10 at Smith Memory Chapel with Rev. Scott Sims officiating. Interment will follow at Barrow Memorial Gardens.
