

She was born in Jolo, WV, lived a number of years in Cincinnati, OH, and was a long time resident of Florence, SC, and Kingsport, TN. Mildred had a strong Faith in God and was a Christian. She retired from Walmart and loved sewing, cross-word puzzles and was an avid reader.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Keen, Lovice Muncy Keen-Blankenship; husband of 38 years, Fred James Baker, Sr, two sons, Fred James Baker, Jr and Timothy Andrew Baker; four sisters, Francis Ruby Keen, Helen Gay Keen and Alice Fay Keen, Mary Elizabeth Keen Davis-Humphries; and her Beloved Grand-Dog, Buddy FitzGerald.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Cristal Lynn FitzGerald (Stephen), of Jefferson, GA, Daughter-In-Law, Debbie A. Watson and Grand-Dog, Oscar Baker, of Bristol, TN, Sister-In-Law, Wanda Payne Baker, of Elkhorn City, KY, Special Niece, Judy L. Deskins, of Springboro, OH, God-Daughter, Tanya Ramirez, of Loganville, GA, and many, many Beloved Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
The family will receive visitors at 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, with a Funeral Service, officiated by Chaplain Stanley Samuel, immediately following at 6:00pm at Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA. Interment will be Thursday, November 12, 2020, at 11:00am, in Florence Memorial Gardens, Florence, SC.
