Robbie '"Lindy" Latickea Casper, age 70, of Toccoa, GA passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024. Lindy was born in Atlanta in 1954 to Sara Frances Mathis and the late Henry F. Elliott. She was very creative and enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and cooking. Lindy loved nature. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and she loved helping others.
In addition to her father, Lindy was predeceased by her grandmother, Florece James Smallwood and step- father, Onist Mathis. Lindy is survived by her mother, Sara Mathis of Atlanta; her daughter, Victoria Holden of Eastanollee; sisters: Polly and Paula; grandchildren: Jesse Holden, Emma Holden, Connor Holden, and Cora Holden; and a cousin, Annette Lee of Gainesville.
