Mr. Minter was a native of Hiawassee, GA. He was the Assistant Manager in the grocery department at Super Target.
Mr. Minter is preceded in death by his father, Mr. John M. Minter; and brother, David Minter.
Mr. Minter is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Rebecca Hammond Minter of Statham; mother, Martha Ann Minter of Atlanta; brothers, Mark (Dee) Minter of Jackson, Paul Minter of Atlanta; father and mother-in-law, Reggie and Janice Hammond; and sister-in-law, Sue Minter.
The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Revs. Don Hardison, James Dew, and Tim Ferguson officiating. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday afternoon from 1:30 PM until 2:00 Pm, prior to the service at the funeral home.
