Wayne Kitchens

Mr. Kitchens was a native of Barrow County where he was a self employed carpenter. He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Alvin Kitchens, and Clealia Reece Brown.

Mr. Kitchens is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mrs. Frances M. Kitchens of Winder; sons, Johnny, Tommy, Scott, and Jason Kitchens all of Winder; daughter, Debbie McGruder of Winder; brothers, Randall and Bruce Kitchens of Winder; sister, Gwen (Kenneth) Andrews of Auburn; 4 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild also survive.

The Funeral Service to honor and celebrate the life of Mr. Wayne Kitchens will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Andrews officiating. Burial will follow at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the service hour at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
