We just heard about Dean today!! It is a very sad day for us. Dean worked at our house for almost a full summer last year. Our dogs loved him, he was a great guys. Nor everyone can approach our dogs. Dean know How. We all loved Dean! We spoke with him few weeks before he dyed and we were suppose to see him again. We will miss him a LOT. We trusted him, we loved him! RIP Dino! The Loewen

I remember refereeing his games back in his minor hockey days, and was even his goalie teacher/coach at hockey school.........but he turned out to be pretty damn good 'tender anyway!

He was always fun to talk to while he was playing and was one of the first players to always want to retrieve the puck for the guys in black and white, even when it was from the back of the net!

Lost touch obviously over the years, but seeing the outpouring of heartfelt wishes and condolences, it's not surprising he showed early how he would grow up - very rare these days....

I recently learned of Deans passing!  I am so sorry!  Mindy my heartbreaks for all of you, I remember hanging out at your house, and your brother always made the moments fun for us.  I remember him well, my sincere condolences.  I will keep your family in my prayers!  Please hug your mom and sisters for me.. -- truly lost for words!

As my sister Debbie said, we have many fond memories with Dino at mimi & Pipi's. I remember your smile the best.

Although it has been many years since I have seen Dino I have many fond memories of spending time with Dino and his sister Debbie when I was younger. My heart goes out to his family and friends at this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dino's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Dino several recent years in the construction industry and considered him a friend.  Dino had a great work ethic and love of life. I'm very sorry for your loss.
