96 years. Passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Charles Southward (1993). Dear mother of Cecil Southward, Celia Southward Cindi Wheeler & her husband Richard and Chris Southward & his wife Carol. Loving grandmother of Chris & Karmen, Sarah & Matt, Jessica & Adriano, Meaghan & Geno and great grandmother of Dexter, Kaliya, Elspeth and Gina. Eve served overseas with the R.C.A.F. during WWII and retired from Windsor Utilities after more than 35 years of service.
