Peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare. Fran passed away just 4 months after being diagnosed with scleroderma. She is preceded in death by her loving mother Effie Walsh (March, 2012). Survived by her cousins in Canada and the United States as well as her chosen family Jo-Lene & her husband Craig Campbell and their boys but known to everyone as “HER BOYS” Mitchell, Zachary and CJ. Fran was a double retired nurse (RPN and RN) after 38 yrs. Fran had the biggest heart and her positivity was contagious. Fran loved her music and her voice would bring many to tears at many occasions, including talent contests. Visitation will be held at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre, 1969 Wyandotte St. East on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 11:oo a.m., officiated by Pastor Vasile (Bill) Muresan. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations made to the Scleroderma Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
