It is with great sadness that we announce Irene’s peaceful passing at the age of 96 on March 17, 2012. Predeceased by loving husband Athol (1979). Aunt of Flo-Belle Jones (Florida) and Athol Grant Stewart (Edmonton). Best friend to Libby Hebert, Michael, Beverly and Melanie Booker. As per Irene’s request, cremation has taken place and she is returning to her husband in their home province of Nova Scotia.
