82 years. Passed at home on October 31, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Thomas (2009). Loving mother to Paul, Linda & Heather (Walker). Grandmother to Scott & Zachary. Mother-in-law & friend to Caroline Hayden & the late Tim Walker (1997). Joyce was an avid gardener who also enjoyed Tai Chi, Belly Dancing and Yoga, was an accomplished seamstress and an avid reader. In keeping with Joyce’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre, 1969 Wyandotte St. E. on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Pastor Tom Carman officiating.
