Our families have been neighbours since before I was born. I can remember as a child, Larrys father Walter would have a picnic in the summer quite often and we would get to walk across the road to hotdogs and a horse pulled wagon. I mostly only got to speak to him in my later years when my dog would be at his house scrstching at his door to come in. He never had a harsh word to say about it although I am sure it was an annoyance at times. His kind heart will be missed.
