

Loving “Sweetheart” wife of Stanley for 71 years. Cherished mother of Elizabeth and Ron Abbott, Barbara and Walter Pastorius. Treasured Grandma of Curtis and Angela Pastorius. Born in Winnipeg, on December 14, 1917, she died peacefully at home in Windsor on June 24, 2011. She is survived by her twin brother Gordon and his wife Isobel Woodall and predeceased by her brothers Fred, (Madelon); Leslie, (Maudie); and her sister Hilda as well as her parents Bill and Annie Woodall. Sister-in-law to Audrey (Bob – dec.) Fournier; Wilf (Flo) Day; Bob (Jackie) Day; Norma (dec.) Pete (dec.) Baynton. She is fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Margaret lived a full and wonderful life. She was an active member of St. Mary's Church for 88 years and a founding and life member of the “B” Branch of the Women's Auxiliary at St. Mary's. She had been a florist and also enjoyed cake decorating, sewing, and millinery. She and Stan loved to golf and treasured their winters in Florida together. But for Margaret and Stan, their family has been their greatest joy. We all share that joy in family and will treasure for the rest of our lives, the wonderful moments with her.
Family will share memories with relatives and friends Thursday, June 30th, 2011 from 10:00 a.m to 11:00a.m at St. Mary's Anglican Church, 1983 St. Mary's Gate at Devonshire Road, Windsor. The Memorial Service will begin at 11:00a.m.
Canon Jane Humphreys will officiate. Committal service will take place in the churchyard immediately following the service. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Mary's Church or St. Mary's Food Cupboard. Arrangements are under the direction of Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home (519)255-5711
