After a long and exciting life, Margaret went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 14th, 2012 in her 96th year of life. Predeceased by her husband Joseph Zamparo (1969) and sister Grace Coombs (1979). Survived by her sister Florence Martin. Caring mother of Jo Anne Zamparo, Nancy Lauzon (Frank), Arleigh “Wendy” Hartwell and Martin Zamparo (Michelle Trepanier). Proud and fun-loving grandma to 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Margaret actively served her country in WWII with the RCAF Women’s Division. Cremation and a private family service have taken place. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Hearing Society or to the Legion Poppy Fund.
