74 years. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Beloved brother to Margaret (Renee), Edward, Linda (Dana) and Pauline (Clayton). Father to Richard Jr., Lori, Robyn and Justin (Lindsay). Predeceased by his parents Walter and Albina. Richard will always be remembered for his big heart, his informed opinions and his willingness to help anyone out, no questions asked. The stories of our lives shared with him will keep his memory alive. Richard will be deeply missed by all those who knew him, but perhaps most by his son & best friend Justin & his wife Lindsay. We know he will be watching down on the arrival of their first child, due this year. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519) 254-3223 on Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the Anderson Memorial Chapel from 1 p.m. until the Prayer Service at 3 p.m. All donations and contributions received in his honor will be donated to a charity reflecting Richard's choice.
