

Robert Crysler Messer August 7,1946–December 28, 2017 With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, the Fenn family announces the passing of our dear sister, Jane, on December 27, at Windsor Regional Hospital. Jane was predeceased by her parents Charles G. Fenn and Alice Fenn of London Ontario. Left to mourn are her brothers David (Carolyn) Fenn of Edmonton Alberta and Donald (Annie) Fenn, Kettleby, Ontario as well as nephew Michael (Jody) Fenn, Calgary Alberta, nieces Kristen (David) Schrie, Sarnia Ontario and Tracy (Matt) Morley, Toronto, Ontario. Jane was a much loved great aunt to Kyla, Matthew, Chelsea, and Cayd. A graduate of London Central Collegiate, and the Chamberlain School of Retail and Design, Boston Mass. Jane was employed in the fashion industry in London, Toronto, and Windsor. Her love of fashion was matched by her love for animals and she spent many hours volunteering at the SPCA, and visiting hospital shut-ins with her beloved dog, Jack. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Archdeacon Jane Humphreys of St Mary`s Anglican Church for her support and guidance to Jane and also thanks to the Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus Medical teams for their compassionate care. Robert Crysler Messer died December 28, 2017 after a long struggle with cancer. Predeceased by his loving wife, Jane 22 hours earlier. Dear son of Edith (Gus) Messer of Windsor, Dr. V.R. Messer (2016) and step mother Victoria King, brother of Kirk, (Susan, 2007), and Lois Messer Hamilton (Mark). Step brother to John King and Melissa King Weldon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bob was a graduate of Michigan State and an avid `tailgating`` Spartan fan. Remember Bob with a twinkle in his eye and a quick sense of humour.Many thanks to Dr`s Liang, Toth, Sion, CCAC, and staff of Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus. As per Bob and Jane's request cremation has taken place with family remembrance following. A memorial service is planned for the spring of 2018. Arrangements entrusted to Walter D.
