Ronald “Cowboy” Herout passed away suddenly on January 29, 2011 at the age of 66. Beloved Husband and soul mate to Sherrie for 28 years. Loving father to Gregory Hunter (Kate Ferrar) and Tamara Hunter. Cherished “Dede” and sidekick to Tanner Longson, and Jack and Alex Ferrar. Ron is survived by his brother Willie and his sister Sharon and predeceased by his brother Frank. Special brother-in-law to Gerry and Kathy Lasoski and Sandy and Linda Roland. Ron will be sadly missed by his mother-in-law Nellie Roland, his nieces and nephews, and all of his other family and friends. Ronald retired from Kelsey Hayes and was a board member with the retirees CAW Local 195. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Avenue (519-254-3223) on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the Anderson memorial Chapel on Wednesday February 2, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Cremation.
