Thelma Klein

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, sister, and grandmother. Reunited with her husband Steve (1983) and son Stephen (1992), Thelma passed away peacefully at Malden Park Continuing Care Center on Sunday, October 24, 2010, at the age of 86 years. Loving mother of Ellen Forte and Joanne Kennedy (Dan), all of Windsor. Cherished grandmother of Dan (Martha), Margi (Marco), Michael (Ami) and great grandmother of Ashley, Tyler, Gianmarco, Giancarlo, Gigi, Lily, and Elizabeth. Thelma will be missed by Yvonne, her special friend, caregiver, and confidant. Predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Ellen Bardwell. Dear sister to the late James Bardwell, Marjorie Morgan and the late Walter, late Fern and late Harold Pepper, Viola and Mike Manchurek, late Ethel and late Ted Gladyz, late Eugene and Betty Bardwell, late Evelyn and James Zucchet. Many nieces and nephews surviving. A loving and supportive mother, grandmother, and friend, Thelma was an inspiration to many and loved by all. Thelma will always be remembered for her warm smile, witty sense of humour, and her kind and gentle ways. At Thelma's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 405 Victoria Avenue on Friday, October 29, 2010, at 11:00 am. Rev. Ronald Sharpe officiating. A Private Family interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society or Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated by the family. “FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS”
