Bernard Patrick Sheehan

Bernard Patrick Sheehan passed away peacefully at Riverview Health Centre at the age of 89.

He was predeceased by his parents: George and Agnes Sheehan (nee King), two brothers: Austin and Cecil, and four sisters: Irene Weiss, Patricia Plumridge, Bernice and Dorothy Sheehan. Bernard is survived by two sisters; Mary Teresa and Cecilia Sheehan as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

After graduating from St. Paul’s College with a Bachelor of Science Degree he continued to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. He volunteered his talents as an accountant for many years at Our Lady of Victory Church and School where he will be greatly missed.

Rev. Father Eric Zadji will officiate at the Funeral Mass at 11:00am on December 30, 2020 at Our Lady of Victory Church with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

The family is grateful to the staff of 3E at Riverview Health Centre for the compassionate care they provided to make Bernard’s two months stay there so comfortable.

Flowers are gratefully declined. Should friends so desire, donations may be made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of their choice.
