A very special thank-you to Jules and his staff, Max and Karen. Their care and compassion was outstanding. I could have not done it alone.
Another special thank-you to the palliative nurses who literally held my hand through some pretty rough decisions. Thank-you ladies!! Cal was a faithful friend , an honest person and above all a gentle man through everything, He will be sorely missed.
