He will be sadly missed by his spouse Charlotte Friesen; daughters Donna (Kevin) and Debbie (Dean); grandchildren Brian and Mitchel; sisters Anne and Helen, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his grandson Scott.
A service for Edward was held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St., Winnipeg.
