Mrs. Irma Schulz Tiede

It is with extremely saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Irma Tiede at the age of 69. After many hardships and a lengthy and courageous battle with heart and kidney disease. She peacefully left our world at home in the early morning hours on May 11, 2010 into the presence of her beautiful Lord and Saviour.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband of almost 37 years, Albert. Her children; Iris (Robert), Lawrence (Pauline), Nancy (Kelly), Karen (Andy), and Cristine (Jeff). Her grandchildren; Vicki (Shaun), Ryan (Megan), Tiffany (Chris), Brittany, Jennifer, Kyle, Stephanie, Travis, Kyra, Latrice, Hunter, and Ivy, and one Great-Grandchild, Nolan. One sister Erika (Ervin); two Brothers, Art (Dorell) and Erwin (Marlene) and one Uncle, Lenard Bayer. Many brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Irma was predeceased by her parents Reinhold and Lina Schulz, her first husband Arndt Malzahn and two sisters Lili Herms and Frieda Brandt-Brereton.

Viewing was held on Sunday May 16, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Home.

Funeral took place Monday May 17, 1:00 p.m. at Springs Church,725 Lagimodiere Blvd.

Interment was in the Morris Cemetery after the Reception.

Our family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care given to Irma by the St. Boniface Hospital staff and the P.D. Unit. Thank you to Pastors Lewis and Elda for their many visits and encouragement.
