Isabel will be sadly missed by her loving husband Ken, children Susan (Rick), Gordon (Leanne), Donna (Chris), Heather (Kevin) and grandchildren Stephanie (Chris), Thomas (Janique), Amanda (Ethan), Michael, Johann, Jenna, Anna, Kayla, Kirsten and great child Zack.
Isabel is also survived by her sister Marjorie (Raymond), brother-in-law Ed and sister-in-law Muriel.
Isabel was predeceased by her brothers Neil and Donald and sisters Peggy and Sheila.
Isabel was born in 1933 and raised in Dugald Manitoba. During her brief employment at MTS she met Ken her husband of 55 years. After marriage Isabel chose to stay home and devote her love and time to her family. Throughout her life Isabel enjoyed playing golf, curling, swimming and dancing. Isabel also volunteered much of her time at the local Victoria Community Club.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
A very special thank you to the staff at Golden Links Lodge who took such loving care of Isabel over the past few years.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice.
