Margaret Falk Harder

With deep sorrow the family of Margaret Harder announce her peaceful passing on January 31, 2012 at the age of Ninety One.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband John and all her siblings.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her sons John (Gail), Harry (Brenda), Corry (Melinda), Grandchildren, Jason (Coleen), Jared (Lori), Leon, Great Grandchildren, Bryce, Amanda, Quinn, Wyatt, and Owen, as well as sister-in-laws Tina Falk and Mary Falk plus many nieces and nephews and her dear friends from Chesterfield Avenue.

Mom was very happy when she was hand sewing beautiful baby quilts for the Children’s Hospital. She delivered 25 quilts every three months for many years. She was especially thrilled when she was able to meet a baby that was wrapped in one of her quilts.

Thank you to the staff at the Victoria General Hospital and the St. Norbert Personal Care Home for their care of Margaret.

Funeral Services will take place Monday, February 6, at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, MB.

Viewing will take place at the Funeral home between 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
