It is with deepest regret that we announce the passing of Phillip William McLellan on January 28, 2019 with the love of his life by his side. Phillip was predeceased by his mother Bessie (Nethercott). He will always be remembered by his loving wife, Debra (Carter) for 33 years. His sisters, Beverly (Raymond) Meneer and Kimberly. His father-in-law Robert (the late Patricia) Carter & Pat Desmarias. Brother-in-law, Robert (Kathy) Carter. He will also be missed by all of his nieces and nephews.
Phillip was born in Winnipeg on January 19, 1948, raised in Winnipeg and Red Lake. Married on August 17, 1985. During his career in the construction industry, he travelled through-out the provinces and N.W.T.
A memorial gathering, In Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 between 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home; Hwy #1 East at Navin Road. Everyone is welcome.
