Russell Dean Gerrie

Russ is preceded in death by both of his parents Roy Gerrie, Faith (Fletcher) Gerrie, his sister Olive (Ollie) Williams and brother-in-law Arnold Williams.

Russ will be lovingly remembered by his partner in life for over 30 years, Mira Haderer, his son Dean Gerrie (Carla) and his twin sister Belle Gerrie, as well as his step sons Roman Haderer (Emily Cablek), Rick Haderer (Marlene) and Rob Haderer (Sherry). Russ was also a loving grandfather to his 12 grandchildren Graesen, Keighan, Kharis (Dean & Carla), Alexis, Natascha, Stephanie, Megan (Rick and Marlene) Madison, Mason, Reid (Rob and Sherry) and Dominic, Abby (Roman and Emily) and his 3 great grandchildren Isabel, Ella and Benedykt.

A Celebration of Life with a reception to follow will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 10, at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3E 0V9.
