It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our Sister and Aunt, Tecla Transi, on Sunday March 2nd at the age of 57 years.
Tecla will be sadly missed, and lovingly remembered by her siblings, Lucia (Aldo), Piero (Wendy), Emilia, Liliana (Roberto), Camillo, Dina (Claudio), Claudia (Mike), Clara (Angelo) and Adelma. Also by her many nieces and nephews, especially those closest to her, Zackary, Isabella, and Gianna.
Tecla was pre-deceased by her parents Margherita De Angelis and Domenico Transi, her Brother-in-Law Vincenzo Quaranta, and her nephew Diego Guzzi.
We all love you, and will miss you.
Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Rosary Parish Church, 510 River Avenue with Fr. Sam Argenziano as the Celebrant. Viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will take place in the Holy Angel Mausoleum at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
During Lent, flowers are not permitted to be left in the Church. Due to this, please send a donation to the Kidney Foundation of Canada in Tecla’s honour.
