Teresita De Leon, aged 75, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 13, 2024 in Winnipeg, MB, joining her beloved husband, Eduardo De Leon, in heaven. Born in the Philippines, Teresita bravely immigrated to Canada, where she dedicated her life to raising her two sons and nurturing her cherished grandchildren.
A passionate cook, Teresita filled her home with warmth and love. Family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent together, sharing meals and making lasting memories.
She is survived by her sons, Edward & Bryan, and her beloved granddaughters Angelina & Kaylee. Teresita’s legacy of love and strength will forever be remembered by all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at Thomson "In the Park" from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am . Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 836 Arlington Street at 10:00 am.
