Yvonne was extremely talented and resourceful and very skillful at all projects undertaken, such as renovations, gardening and cooking, all the while being a full-time mother and nurse! She was a mentor; she was nurturing and a great host.
In retirement Yvonne and Walter bought a travel trailer and headed south every winter...
Later they upgraded and bought a Park Model at the lovely Victoria Palms RV Resort in Donna, Texas. Yvonne and Walter would travel to Texas, California and many other destinations as they enjoyed being snow birds especially with the company of Lorraine and Léo, Jeannette and Elden, and Thérèse and Jules.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to the health care providers at Donwood Manor Care Home.
