Eloise W. "Ella" Stevens

Eloise W. "Ella" Stevens, age 70 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on June 25, 1941 to Charles and Willie (Coleman) Williams. Before moving to Orlando in 1975, Ella worked in California as a School Teacher. She was Baptist by faith, a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3643 in Lockhart, Florida. Her first love though was caring for her husband, children and especially her grandchildren. Meema, as she was known to her family, had a great sense of humor and found that she loved to shop on QVC. It was much easier to shop by television, than to go out to the stores as she told her family.

Ella is survived by her loving husband of almost 52 years, Alva D. Stevens; her children: Richard B. Stevens, Shari Weatherly and Dina Stevens Moya; her brothers, Edward Williams, Wayne Williams and Timothy Williams; her 8 grandchildren and her 1 great grandchild.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3643 Lockhart, 4720 Clarcona Ocoee Rd. Orlando, Florida.
