Gonzalo Ochoa, age 70 of Polk City, Florida passed away on April 16, 2013. He was born in Ibague, Colombia on September 23, 1942. Gonzalo was a devout member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City, where he served as an Usher and Eucharistic Ministeer. He worked as a real estate investor and before he came to the United States, he served as a Marine in Colombia. Gonzalo is survived by his wife, Diana L. Pulido; his sons: Thomas Ochoa and Douglas Ochoa and his brothers and sisters: Eduardo, Berta, Rosaura, Isabel, Julio B., Tomas and Gladys Amina.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home, Winter Garden. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 19, 2013 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City, Florida.
