David "Duke" Wayne Phillips Sr.

Duke is survived by daughter Jennifer Pettys; son David Phillips Jr.; daughter Stephanie Johnson; daughter Angela Eaton (Dale); son Randale Phillips (Ashley); daughter Kimberly Reynolds; and daughter Sarah Partin (Garrett).

Duke was preceded in death by father Otis Phillips and mother Betty Phillips; as well as brother Donnie Phillips.

Mr. Phillips also leaves 18 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, as well as one brother and two sisters.

A visitation for "Duke" will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven, Florida with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will occur at Auburndale Memorial Park, Auburndale, Florida.

Serving as pallbearers are Tyler, Dominick, Dale, Randale, Michael , Lyle and Kaleb.
