Bartow- Frank David Wood, age 86, passed away January 1, 2015. He was born October 20, 1928 in Lakeland, FL the son of H.B. Wood and Selma Gercken. He was a building contractor, veteran of the US Navy and of the Lutheran faith.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Wood was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister. He is survived by his wife Ann Wood, sons Layne Wood, Steve Wood, John Wood and Kenneth Wood, daughters Debbie Romero, Sharon Johnson and Gina Howey, 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
