Harold Harrison passed away on October 1, 2015. He was born in Houston County, Georgia, and was a graduate of Georgia State University. He moved to Winter Haven in 1969. He was employed by the State of Florida, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for 20 years as a supervisor in Aging and Adult Services and in Child Protective Services.
He is survived by his wife Carole Harrison; son Harold Harrison, Jr.; stepchildren, Cynthia Rhoden (Fred), Robert Laws, Ginny Harriman (Jeffrey); brothers Willis Harrison and Charles Harrison (Carolyn); sisters June Harris (Ben), Freda Hoff (Larry), Florence Brown (Curtis); four grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven on Monday, October 5 at 2 p.m. -
