

Patsy Mae (McLaughlin) Logsdon, age 92, of Winter Haven, FL passed away, Sunday, February 4, 2018. She was born February 2, 1926 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Ben R. Crocker and Elsie Mae Beard Crocker. She spent most of her life in Kahoka Mo, later residing in Canton, MO, Hannibal, MO and Jacksonville, FL. She began her banking career in Kahoka in 1959 and retired in 1982 as Asst. VP of Commerce Bank of Kahoka. While living in Canton, she was compliance officer at Farmers & Merchant Bank of LaGrange. At the time of her death, she was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Jacksonville, FL. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Logsdon was preceded in death by her husbands: Forrest R. McLaughlin and Russell Logsdon, son: Patrick F. McLaughlin, step‐son: Ronald Logsdon, and sister Betty Richmond. She is survived by her daughter Pamela McLaughlin Shrauner and husband Sam, sister, Beverly Bohon, step‐children: Phyllis M. Eisenburg, Steven Logsdon, Michael Logsdon and K. Patrick Logsdon, grandchildren: Molly Ann Shrauner, Sameta Shrauner Sosa, Katy Shrauner Thompson, Ryan Patrick McLaughlin, Meghan McLaughlin Atherton, Maureen McLaughlin Stevenson, step‐grandchildren: Todd Logsdon, Dusty Logsdon, Cory Logsdon, Cindy Eichor, Nicole Eisenburg Brinkman, Stephanie Martinez, Stacy Logsdon, Tina Logsdon, Jennifer Logsdon, Logan Logsdon, Hilary Logsdon, Holly Logsdon and Travis Logsdon.
Visitation is scheduled April 27 at Wilson Funeral Home, Kahoka Mo. From 6:00 pm to 7:30. Rosary at 7:30. Burial in Kahoka Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to FL Pancreatic Cancer Coalition (FLPCC.org) are requested. FLPCC was founded by Patsy’s son Patrick to fund pancreatic cancer research.
