Rose Gail Polston, 78, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away on May 21, 2018. She was born on April 10, 1940 in Waycross, Georgia. She worked as an Administrative Secretary at Winter Haven Hospital and was a member of Village Church of God. Gail enjoyed many hobbies over the years including raising
African Violets, gardening, sewing, cooking, riding horses, and crafts in general. She is best known as a singer and church pianist which she did for 42 years.
Gail is survived by her husband, Charles Polston of Winter Haven, Florida, sons; Mark Polston (Melinda), Steve Polston, David Polston (Lynn), and Chris Polston, grandchildren; Lance Polston, Taylor Polston, Savannah Polston, Jeremiah Polston, Emily Polston, Caleb Polston, and Brian Dickey, her brother, James Whaley (Linda), many nieces and nephews, and a great number of family and friends in Georgia and Florida.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 24, from 10-11 a.m. with a funeral service following at 11 a.m. Both will be held at Village Church of God in Winter Haven, Florida. The family thanks you all for the prayers and help during this time.
