Sam Morrison

Sam loved being outdoors. He was a tree climber for most of his life and when not working on landscaping he enjoyed working with cows. Above all Sam loved being a Papa.

Sam was predeceased by his father Hugh Morrison, mother Ruthie morrison, son Travis Morrison, brothers Bud Morrison, Dan Morrison and Pete Morrison, sisters Peggy Floyd and Jen Floyd and his grandson Landon Morrison. He is survived by his wife Lisa Morrison, daughters Amy Morrison Holt and Callie Morrison, sons Sam Morrison Jr., Robert Morrison and Thomas Morrison, daughter-in-law Terri Morrison and his grandchildren Randy Morrison, Abby Morrison, Ledger Morrison, Brylen Rodriguez, Halstyn Rodriguez, Colton Elliott, Payge Elliott, Samantha Holt, Chayse Morrison, Cameron Morrison, Lucas Morrison, Thomas Morrison Jr. and Chezleigh Morrison. Sam also left behind his sister Patsy Melton and brothers Joe Morrison and Carlos Morrison along with numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A visitation for Sam will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:30 PM at Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery.
