1930 in Palmer, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Castor was devoted to his family. He enjoyed playing
dominos, bingo, listening to music and dancing. Such a selfless man with a heart of gold and a
contagious smile, with a great sense of humor he could make light of any situation. He loved
being outdoors, taking long walks after dinner and visiting the beach in Puerto Rico. He will be
greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife Lucy
Ramos; His children Raquel Ramos Ealy, Roberto Ramos, Evelyn Ramos Blanco, Yvette
Ramos Polanco, and Melvin Ramos; Grandchildren Zenitra Logan, Christopher Blanco,
Anthony Polanco, Jessica Blanco, Jonathan Ramos, Gary Polano, Jeromy Ramos and
Great-grandchildren; Deanna Logan, Devon Logan, Kameron Logan, Christian Polanco,
Christopher Polanco and his siblings Bautista Ramos Cirilo, Moises Ramos Cirilo, Ernesto
Ramos Cirilo, Ilsia Ramos Cirilo, Victoria Ramos, Cirilo, Maria Ramos Cirilo, and Carmen
Ramos Cirilo.
Visitation will be held Friday, Jan 20th from 4-9pm and Saturday Jan 21st from 5-9pm at
