David was born July 11, 1977 to William Nist and Karen Mings (Scott). He was preceded in passing by his sister Jody.
He is survived by his son Alec, brothers James and Christopher (Megan), fiancé Diana Czworkowski, and his mother and father.
David loved his work at Aloma High School.
A celebration of life will be held on May 18, 2024.
