Eugene "Gene" R McMath

Eugene R. McMath, 84, of Orlando, FL., who went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2014. He was born in New Philadelphia, OH., to Claude C. McMath & Cora Rausch, he served in the US Army during the Korean War, he worked for the telephone company for over forty years. Survivors include his wife of fifty-six years; Elizabeth L. McMath, daughters; Linda Bender (Cliff), Shelley Sawyer (Richard), Kimberly M. Taylor, Evelyn J. Raines (Frank), sister; Karen White, seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. A Celebration of Gene Life will be held Thursday March 20, 2014 from 11AM-12:30PM at Carey Hand Cox Parker Funeral Home, 1350 West Fairbanks Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789, 407-647-1942, with interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. at 2:30 pm
