We regret to announce the passing of James Lee Bailey (Jim), of Winter Park, on February 28th, 2024. Jim passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a very short stay in the hospital. Jim Bailey was born on July, 5th 1958 to the late Howard and Frances (Gordon) Bailey in Savannah, Georgia. Jim was known as an efficient hard working employee and in life as a quiet man. Jim is preceded in death by his Father Howard, Mother Frances, and Brother William “Bill” Bailey. Jim is survived by his sister Brenda Bouchard, Sister-in-law Jo Bailey, nieces Angela Selby-Hill and Diana Sullivan, and nephews Jason Bailey and Joseph Bouchard.
