Kathryn J. Kulbaba, 31, of Orlando, Florida, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on July 30, 1980, she was the daughter of John F. and Sandra A. Mehnert Palmer. Mrs. Kulbaba was a Public Awareness Specialist for the City of Orlando and of the Methodist faith. She is survived by her husband, Brian R. Kulbaba and her daughters Zoe Hope Kulbaba and Eva Grace Kulbaba. A Memorial service will be held on Monday, May 21 at 5:00 p.m. at the University Carillon United Methodist Church, 1395 Campus View Court, Oviedo, Florida 32765.
