Phyllis Sheppard passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, after a prolonged illness. She was a long time Casselberry resident and tireless community official and supporter. Her passing was preceded by Owen, her husband, earlier in the year, and she is survived by her daughter Erin; son-in-law Mark; grand children, Jordanne, Brian, Jeff; son Scott; and daughter-in-law Christine. Services will be held at a future date, still to be determined.
