I still remember the first time Sandy came into the Comm. Ctr. at Herndon Ambulance.  Her eyes were bright and lit up her face.  She also had an infectious smile.  I feel very priviledged to have had her as a collegue and a friend.  I will dearly miss her.

My deepest sympathies to Sandra's family and friends over this unexpected loss. May the memories you made with her keep you strong, and may your hearts heal by the love she always showed.

My memories of Sandy are mainly from our Edgewater High School Band days.  Seeing her again last month after so long was wonderful. But now, knowing she's gone (all too soon), I join her friends in expressing my deepest sorrow.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family at this difficult time.

My Great-Aunt Sandy was a very fun person,she would alway make me laugh and smile. When I saw her, I knew it was gonna be a great time. I never thought that this would happen soon. With so many memories, I will miss her so much!!! I love you!!!

I am so very fortunate to have had Sandra as a friend. There are many memories that I hold dear. Her smile and sense of humor, compassion and love for family and friends.  My heart is saddened by the passing of a truly wonderful lady. I know that she has been welcomed into The Band of Angels. My sincere sympathy to Sandra's family.

Sandy was always there with a smile to share with everyone. She will be missed.

When I was little, my mom, Nancy, would take us to see Sandy, "Auntie," and sometimes Uncle Ken, perform.  I remember distinctly a time she let me buzz on her trumpet mouthpiece and her sincere joy and laughter at my effort.  Because of that moment, I later joined band believing I was supposed to.  My aunt changed my life in countless ways that day. As an adult, she continued to influence me with her unconditional love, never-ending support and a shared sense of humor.  I can never say thank you, only I love you.

Sandy and I found each other though music. She was the only one I ever know that had music in her heart every day and challenged each day to reveal all of its mysteries to her.

From the very first day of kindergarten in 1984 I became best friends with Sandra's daughter casie and soon their house became my second home. I remember sandra would drive us around everywhere we needed to go  while listening to the oldies on the radio and me and casie would just hate listening to her music, as young girls it just wasn't cool but Sandra loved her oldies music she would sing along with every song. I haven't seen Sandra or Casie in many many years but for the 10 years of my life I spent with them were some great times and will never be forgotten. So sorry for your loss Casie I never imagined this day would ever come so soon try to be strong as I know you are. Love You!

Sandy was a true friend.  I am thankful for the many years I knew her, worked with her and for being priviledged to share a friendship with Casie, as well.  Sandy was one you could call on when things were rocky, talk about it and the sharing made the hard times easier to get through.  Sometimes, we could look at each other, read each other's minds and bust out laughing without ever saying a word.  Others would look at us and say well what's funny, but we just knew!  So while she wont physically be with us anymore, she will live on in my heart.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family knowing that they too can find some comfort from their own fond memories.

I first knew her as Nancy's sister--then after getting to know her as a near neighbor who would keep an eye out for my son, then as a fellow band alumni who had such love for the Edgewater Band and our fearless leader Del Kieffner.  She took good care of him and it is fitting that her last public act was honoring him.  She will be truly missed by all of the EHS band alumni-even those of us almost old enough to be her parents.  She was loyal and true and a great wife and mother.

The Dreayer family, Marge, Al, Irene, Barry and me, JoJo lived behind the Watts family. We lived on Cumbie and they lived on Quailey. I taught at Apopka High School for 30 years and when Sandra came to Apopka High as the principal's secretary, there was a lot of "OH MY GOSH!" One thing I remember Sandra saying was how much she loved my dad... well who didn't? 

The Dreayer family sends their love to Sandra's entire family and my Dad, who loved going for walks in the neighborhood, I'm sure will take Sandra for a walk in heaven.

I liked Sandy from the first time I met her, and that sentiment only deepened with time. Could have been awkward since I was about to marry her ex-husband, but it just wasn't. She was fun, bubbly, warm and caring, a really great person. She just adored her daughter Casie, that fact shone out of every fibre of her being. She is sadly missed. I hope she knew how much I cared about her. RIP Sandy xoxoxo

There are no words to put here that can express how sad this has made me. Sandy brought joy to our lives.

I always picture Sandra as Kenny's little sister! At every EHS Band function she was there with a smile and a happy face! She was always so proud of her big brother. In later years she became the face and email contact for so many Band Reunions and she was so careful to make sure everyone she could find would be included. She cared so much and you could feel that in her communications. My condolences to all her family.

I will always remember Sandra as the little girl I played with in the neighborhood.  My sincere condolences to the entire family.

It is with a heavy heart with offer our sincere sympathy to Sandra's family and friends.   Not a month ago, we were fortunate to attend the Del Kieffner Band Director of Edgewater High School reunion that Sandra so lovingly put together.  No detail was left undone.   Was a great day, she looked great, and was nice catching up alittle bit.   Our thoughts and prayers to the family.  May Sandra rest in peace.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why Sandra left this earth so soon, or why she left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that Sandra died, but that she lived. And that her life gave us memories too beautiful to forget

With love and so many memories. During this time of sorrow, draw strength in your faith in God.
