He was predeceased by his mother Candice; maternal grandmother Rosalie and grandfather Clifford; paternal grandmother and grandfather uncles Vern, Terry and Lyle; and aunt Cynthia.
Allen is survived by his loving partner Sara; sisters Brandy (Denis) and Samantha Bonneau; brothers Tristan (Cassy) and Ross (Cyndy) Assoon; father Allen Albert Giroux (Sylvia); uncle Wallace (Florence) Alexson; aunts Deborah and Lori (Tom) Murphy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The wake was held in Zagime Anishinabek Community Complex on Sunday, October 29, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The funeral service took place on Monday, October 30, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Terry Flamont officiating. A traditional feast was held after the service with interment following in the Zagime United Church Cemetery.
